What's actually in the All Rugby Coaches database
This file is the complete rugby coaching population AthlyAI currently holds contact details for: 62 rugby coaches at 32 schools in 19 US states and territories. It is not a sample or a top-100 list — it is every rugby coach in the database, exported in full.
NCAA D3 is the largest single block at 32 contacts (52% of the file), and the remaining 3 divisions are covered too: NCAA D3, NCAA D1, NCAA D2, NAIA. That matters because most athletes aim too high and email only D1. The programs that answer first are usually further down the list, and they are in here.
Geographically the file is densest in North Carolina, Rhode Island, Maine, Virginia and New York. If you are filtering by region — because of travel cost, climate, in-state academics or family — every row carries its school's state, so you can cut the list down in one spreadsheet filter before you write a single email.
Coaching staff turnover in college athletics is high, so any contact list decays. A one-time purchase is a snapshot of this exact moment that you keep permanently; the monthly and annual plans re-verify and let you re-download the current version whenever you want. Cancel anytime.

How to use this list
- 1Download the CSV
Checkout completes instantly and the file downloads straight away. Open it in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets — no import tool needed.
- 2Filter to your realistic target list
Filter by division and state first. A focused list of 40–60 programs that genuinely match your level beats emailing all of them.
- 3Find the right coach at each program
Use the position column. For most sports the recruiting coordinator or assistant coach reads first-contact email before the head coach does.
- 4Write one genuinely personalised email per coach
Reference the program specifically. Identical mass email is the single fastest way to get filtered — coaches receive hundreds a week.
- 5Track replies and follow up once
Log what you sent and when. One polite follow-up after 10–14 days is normal and expected; more than that is not.
Why this beats a static list
Frequently asked questions
How many coaches are in the All Rugby Coaches database?
62 rugby coach contacts, spanning 4 divisions (NCAA D3, NCAA D1, NCAA D2, NAIA), 32 schools across 19 US states.
What information is included for each coach?
On every row: full name, email address, position/title, sport, program (men's, women's or coed), school and division — plus the date we last read the row off the school's site and the URL of the page we read it from, so you can spot-check any row yourself in about ten seconds. Not on every row, and we would rather say so than have you find out: US state is on roughly 90%, a direct phone number on roughly 40%, and conference on roughly 27%. Blank means we do not have it, never a guess. Delivered as a clean CSV.
How is the data delivered?
Instantly after checkout as a ready-to-use CSV file that opens in Excel or Google Sheets. No waiting, no manual fulfilment.
What's the difference between one-time and monthly?
A one-time purchase is a snapshot you keep forever with no updates. Monthly and annual plans keep the database continuously updated — coaches change jobs and emails bounce constantly — and you can re-download the freshest version any time while your plan is active. Cancel anytime.
Are the emails verified?
Yes — that is now the condition for being in the file at all. Every address is an institutional one we read off the school's own athletics staff directory, and every one has passed a deliverability check. A row that fails either test does not ship. It used to: we sold the whole database and told you which rows were checked. We stopped doing that in August 2026, because "here is the file, mind the footnotes" is not a product.
How accurate is it, really?
Here is exactly what we claim and what we don't. WE CLAIM: on the date stamped in each row — always within the last 90 days — that person was named on that school's own athletics staff directory, in that sport, in that program, at that address. Not inferred from the shape of the site, not carried over from an older scrape. Read off the page. WE DO NOT CLAIM 100%, and we won't: coaches take other jobs, and a row correct in March can be wrong in September. That is why the date is in the file and why we re-check every school on a daily rota rather than quoting you a percentage. How we know the difference matters: in August 2026 we audited a random 150 rows of the old, unfiltered Soccer file against each college's site. 12.3% were wrong (95% CI 7.5–19.6%), almost all of it coaches who had left. Those rows are the ones the current filter removes.
Can I use this for recruiting outreach?
Yes — it's purpose-built for college athletic recruiting. Please respect NCAA and NAIA coach-contact rules when reaching out.
