About AthlyAI

Recruiting access, for every athlete.

AthlyAI started because too many talented athletes missed out on US college sports for lack of the right tools and contacts. So we built them: 29,783 verified coaches, a personal email for each one built from the athlete's real profile, and one inbox for the replies.

01What we built

One platform. Every side of recruiting.

Athletes email coaches from their own inbox. Agencies run the same outreach for a whole roster. College coaches browse the athletes who want to play for them.

Email college coaches in 41 sports: Pick the coaches, approve the drafts, and it goes out from your own Gmail or Outlook.

For athletes

“Email college coaches in 41 sports”

Pick the coaches, approve the drafts, and it goes out from your own Gmail or Outlook.

Outreach, step by step: Pick the athlete, filter coaches by division and state, approve every draft, and queue it from your mailbox.

For agencies

“Outreach, step by step”

Pick the athlete, filter coaches by division and state, approve every draft, and queue it from your mailbox.

See the agency page

Browse. Filter. Save.: Verified coaches browse athletes with highlight videos, and save the ones they want to recruit.

02The problem we solve

What it took before. What it takes now.

Getting recruited used to mean months of manual work, expensive consultants and the right connections.

The traditional way

  • Months of research to find the right coaches
  • An agency or consultant to get the contacts
  • Every email written from scratch, in a second language
  • Replies scattered across inboxes

With AthlyAI

  • Verified coach contacts from day one
  • A personal draft for every coach, approved by you
  • Sent from your own Gmail or Outlook
  • Every reply in one inbox

03Our values

What we stand for.

The principles behind every feature we ship.

  1. 01

    Access

Every talented athlete deserves a shot at US college sports, not only those with the right connections or budget.

  2. 02

    Athlete first

Every feature starts with one question: does this help an athlete get recruited?

  3. 03

    Plain honesty

Real numbers, dated when they are measured, and nothing sent in your name without your OK.

  4. 04

    Worldwide

Built for athletes outside the US as much as inside it, starting with the language barrier.

Lorenzo Peluso, founder of AthlyAI

Built by a former student-athlete

Lorenzo Peluso left Sicily on a soccer scholarship, played at three US colleges and graduated in 2025. He built AthlyAI so the next athlete doesn't need an agency to get there.
