AffiliateProgram Terms

The Athly AI Affiliate Program ("Program") allows registered users ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new paying subscribers to Athly AI ("athlyai.com"). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms in addition to the Athly AI Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The Program is open to any registered Athly AI user aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). You do not need to be a paying subscriber to become an Affiliate. By registering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms and that all information provided is accurate.

• Affiliates earn a 50% recurring commission on every subscription payment made by a referred user.
• The commission is calculated on the gross amount paid by the referred user (after any applicable discounts).
• Commissions are earned for the entire duration of the referred user's active subscription — there is no time limit.
• Referred users receive a 10% lifetime discount on their subscription through the affiliate's referral code or link.
• Athly AI reserves the right to modify the commission rate with 30 days' written notice to active Affiliates.

• Referrals are tracked via unique affiliate codes and referral links that set a 30-day attribution cookie.
• A referral is attributed to the Affiliate whose code or link was used at the time of subscription checkout.
• If a user clears their cookies or uses a different device, attribution may be lost.
• Self-referrals are prohibited — you cannot use your own affiliate code to get a discount on your subscription.
• If multiple affiliates claim the same referral, the most recent valid attribution at checkout prevails.

• Commissions are paid automatically via Stripe Connect to the Affiliate's connected bank account.
• Affiliates must complete Stripe Connect Express onboarding to receive payouts.
• Payouts are processed at the time of each successful invoice payment (real-time transfers).
• Athly AI is not responsible for Stripe fees, currency conversion costs, or banking fees.
• Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on commission income in their jurisdiction.

• Misrepresenting Athly AI, its features, pricing, or results in any promotional material.
• Using spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive practices to generate referrals.
• Bidding on Athly AI branded keywords (e.g., "Athly AI", "athlyai") in paid advertising.
• Creating fake accounts or fraudulent referrals to earn commissions.
• Using cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any form of click fraud.
• Promoting Athly AI on websites containing illegal, adult, violent, or hateful content.
• Impersonating Athly AI staff or claiming official partnership beyond the affiliate relationship.

• Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time.
• Athly AI may suspend or revoke an Affiliate account immediately if prohibited conduct is detected.
• Upon termination, unpaid commissions for legitimate referrals made before termination will still be paid.
• If termination is due to fraud or policy violation, Athly AI reserves the right to withhold pending commissions.
• Athly AI may terminate the entire Program with 30 days' notice to all Affiliates.

Athly AI provides the Affiliate Program "as is" without warranties of any kind. Athly AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. Athly AI's total liability to any Affiliate shall not exceed the commissions earned by that Affiliate in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Athly AI may update these Affiliate Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered Affiliates at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
