Monthly reset
Credits refresh in full at the start of every monthly billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over — use them or lose them.
Deducted when the action runs
Charges happen at the moment you start an action — generating a draft, sending an email, running research. If we can't complete the action, credits are returned to your balance automatically.
Bounce returns
If a coach's email address bounces, the 5 credits you spent to send it are returned to your balance automatically. Our system also searches for the coach's new email daily (up to 3 attempts).
Free tier
Free includes 10 real emails to real coaches — enough to find out whether they reply. Everything that is not sending stays open for good: build your profile, search the coach database, chat with Jarvis, draft emails, upload video and convert your GPA. Once the 10 are used, a pass takes the ceiling off.
Elite tier
On Elite, no credits are ever deducted — you can chat, draft, send, research, and analyze video as much as you want.
Running out mid-cycle
If your balance hits zero, credit-consuming actions pause until the next reset. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time — the upgrade is prorated and your new allocation is available immediately.

For more there are one-time passes: €14.97 unlocks 30 days of unlimited Elite, €199 covers 12 months. No subscription, nothing renews; whenever a pass ends you keep your profile, coach lists and drafts.
Credits are the universal currency on AthlyAI. Each paid plan gives you a monthly credit allocation (Pro: 700, Elite: unlimited). You spend them on sending emails, deep research, video reel creation, and premium personalized emails — chatting, drafting, video upload, and GPA conversion are always free. Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the difference is prorated. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
