Every figure in these films comes from AthlyAI's own database. No mock data, no rounded-up vanity stats.
Coach, school and state counts: live from the AthlyAI database, refreshed hourly — the same count as everywhere on this site. Marketplace: athletes a verified coach could see on 27 Sep 2026. Names, photos and messages in the films are hidden.
If all you need are the contacts, the coach database is sold in packs by sport and division, separately from the plans. No dashboard, no monthly fee.

No. An athlete on your roster is a record you create and control. They never sign up, and nothing waits on them.
Yours. You connect the agency's Gmail or Outlook and every email leaves from that address, so replies come back to a mailbox your team already reads. Sending requires a connected mailbox — we don't send on your behalf from a shared address.
If your mail runs on Outlook or Microsoft 365 with your domain, you can send from that address, including an alias. On Gmail, emails go out from the connected Google account.
You add single seats or move up a plan, from your agency dashboard. The free trial covers up to 10 athletes. Nothing is deleted when you hit the limit — you just can't add another athlete until you make room.
Yes. Invite colleagues with a role: an admin sees the whole agency, an advisor only the athletes assigned to them, and a viewer can look without sending anything. Team members are not athlete seats and do not count against your plan.
Every agency gets 7 days with everything unlocked for up to 10 athletes, and no card. If you pick a plan before the trial ends, the first charge waits until the trial is over. If you don't, sending pauses when it ends — your athletes, drafts and queue stay saved for when you subscribe.
Both, and yearly costs less than paying month to month. Either way you can cancel any time and keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. The plans are in your agency dashboard once the trial starts.
